Your improv instructor - Chenae Day
Chenae began her improv journey with Stop Making Sense Improv in Rolla, Missouri in early 2014, quickly showcasing her talent and joining their mainstage cast by November 2014 after completing Improv Levels 1 and 2 with the troupe. Her skills in listening and communication, honed through improv, have positively impacted her professional and personal life, from improving work environments to managing youth soccer teams and handling challenging situations with grace. Chenae’s passion for improv led her to further her education after relocating to Texas, with Improv Levels 1-2 through Bexar Stage in San Antonio, and she participated in open-play sessions there before moving to Smethport, PA. Now residing in Smethport with her three children—Isabella, Esmé, and Atlas—Chenae dedicates her time to running her Physical Therapy Clinic in Smethport called RISE, and coaching improv on weekends. She remains enthusiastic about fostering community through improv and sharing her love for this collaborative art form. |
