AUDITIONS for The Importance of Being Earnest - January 1 & 2 from 6-8 pm

BLT is pleased to announce auditions for Oscar Wilde’s witty, playful satire "The Importance of Being Earnest" on Wed. Jan 1st and Thurs. Jan 2nd from 6:00-8:00 pm at Togi’s Playhouse. "The Importance of Being Earnest," subtitled "A Trivial Comedy for Serious People," is Wilde’s most celebrated play. In it, two young gentlemen each live a double life, creating elaborate deceptions to escape their social obligations. The story unfolds with mistaken identities, romantic entanglements, clever wordplay, and timeless humor.
The cast features 5 M and 4 F with ages ranging from young (15+) to mature adults. Actors will read selections from the script at auditions. No preparation is necessary.
